1: Cordierite could bear temperature at 800 degrees Celsius, while ceramic stone can bear 600 degrees Celsius, so Cordierite stone can used on both fire and oven, while ceramic stone can only used on oven.   
2: Cordierite stone is more expensive than ceramic stone.

We use standard safe packing, add polyform and white box to strength compressive resistance to make the Pizza Stone in goodcondition.
We do regular Drop Test to make sure the product is with high resistance.
