Our Warranty:
a) One Year or 1000hours whichever comes first.
b) Guarantee to respond customers' requirement within 24 hours and solve clients' problem within the shortest time.
c) On the basis of in-house service network, service resources from global partners could be shared to ensure international warranty service.
d) Established spare parts management system with automatic storage to satisfy clients' demand on spare parts.
e) Services for remote monitor, diagnosis and maintenance.
f) According to customer's requirement, we are able to establish service center at project site to provide service around the clock.
REMARK:
(1) The Prime Power Rating is available for an unlimited number of annual operating hours in variable load applications in accordance with ISO8528-1. A 10% overload capability is available for a period of 1 hour within 12-hour period of operation in accordance with ISO3046-1.
(2) The Standby Power Rating is applicable for supplying emergency power in variable load applications for up to 200 hours per year in accordance with ISO8528-1.
(3) The Continous Power Rating is applicable for supplying utility power at a constant 100% load for an unlimited number of hours per year. No overload capability is available for this rating.
